Software Compatibility / OS Requirements

Our Overlays and Elements assets are PNGs and work in any design software that can open a PNG. Our Tools - Actions, Color Grades & Brushes, work with the latest version of Adobe Photoshop.

As far as Operating Systems go, if you can run the most recent version of Adobe Photoshop Creative Cloud on your computer, you’ll be just fine.

Didn’t receive your order / can’t access your account

Your purchase is located in your account at flurbos.com.

To login: Check your email for a message from us (check your spam/junk mail folder if needed).

Clicking the Login button in your email from us will take you to a page to create your password.

Once you’re logged in, click the icon that looks like a person (sort of) and select ‘My Library’. Inside you’ll see all of the purchases you’ve made

If you can’t find the email, click here to reset your password.

Trouble downloading the file

The most common reason the download of a Flurbos product won't occur is because there is not enough space on the primary hard drive for your computer - usually the hard drive your operating system lives.

Flurbos offers the following asset types, all of which (other than Overlays & Elements) are intended specifically for the most recent version of Adobe Photoshop CC:

Overlays & Elements - These are PNGs and can be added to your Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries.

Actions - These are essentially shortcuts specific to Photoshop. They are unique in that you can have one action file (.atn) contain multiple actions. For instance, the Dream Tools Actions file contains 9 Photoshop actions. The only way to see those actions is once they are installed into Photoshop.

Color Grades - These are simply saved gradients (with several or many different points of color in them). They can be used to adjust the color in photoshop of layers or whole images. They are specific to Photoshop.

Brushes - Flurbos brushes are developed specifically for the most recent version of Photoshop. We offer:

Dynamic Brushes (these change size and orientation as you brush onto your art)

Stamp Brushes (these stay the same, so are intended to click once and adjust as desired)

How do I get better at Photoshop?

In the meantime, Adobe offers pretty awful tutorials to familiarize yourself with using Photoshop...check out Kelvin Designs or Piximperfect on YouTube, but ours will be way better.

Does Flurbos offer translated tutorials?

Not yet, but it's on our list of things to do.
